Biography: Born in Cuba of Mexican and Cuban heritage, Camilla Cabello moved to Miami, Florida as a child. While still a teenager she auditioned for "The X Factor USA" during which she became part of girl group Fifth Harmony, the group finished third. After the series the group was signed by Simon Cowell and achieved two top ten hits in the US including "Work From Home.
Cabello left the group in 2017 after her solo career started taking off. She collaborated on songs with other artists including Shawn Mendes before releasing the single "Havana" in August, one of the biggest of the year. Her debut album "Camilla" was released in January of 2018.
Cabello's second duet with Shawn Mendes "Señorita" topped the charts in 2019 and featured on her 2nd album "Romance".
