Benson Boone Releases New Song ‘Before You’
“Before You” is a slow-paced love song in which Boone sings, “I can’t remember life before you.” The lyric video features a colorful painted eye on an orange background that blinks as the song plays, with the lyrics appearing around it.
Fans are loving the new track, with more than one YouTube commenter writing that they plan to make this their wedding song whenever they end up getting married. Another fan simply wrote, “I SWEAR THIS MAN HAS NEVER MADE A BAD SONG.”
Since appearing on American Idol in 2021, Boone has released several singles (including the popular track “GHOST TOWN”) and an EP called Walk Me Home… After dropping out of the competition, Boone signed a record deal with Warner Records and Dan Reynolds from Imagine Dragons.

Boone Has Earned a Huge Following Since ‘Idol’
Boone is further proof that you don’t have to win a competition series, or even make it to the Finals, to garner a following. The singer currently has over 3 million followers on TikTok, and his upcoming U.S. tour recently sold out in less than a minute.
Starting December 1, Boone will be playing shows in Salt Lake City, Seattle, Phoenix, and Santa Ana. Fans grabbed tickets so quickly that the singer recently announced he would be adding two more shows in Utah to accommodate the high demand.
Then on Friday, Boone took to Instagram stories to share that he had 400 more Utah tickets, sharing a link for fans to purchase them. The singer clearly has a loyal fanbase, and he’s just getting started.
